Virginia

• S Corporations and partnerships: April 15, 2024

• C Corporations: April 15, 2024

• Sole proprietorships and single-member LLCs: May 1, 2024

Maryland

• S Corporations and partnerships: April 15, 2024

• C Corporations: April 15, 2024

• Sole proprietorships and single-member LLCs: April 15, 2024

Don’t forget, extensions are available, but taxes due must be paid by the original deadline.
